Kristen Beyer
Kristen has spent her career on the commercial side of telecommunications and digital infrastructure — leading business development organizations, opening new channels, and closing the partnerships that changed a company’s trajectory.
She founded Flex Advisors after seeing the same pattern repeatedly: capable companies with real technical strength, stalled because no one senior owned the work of turning industry relationships into revenue. That gap is what this practice exists to close.
Her approach is direct and unhurried. She asks a lot of questions, tells clients what she actually thinks, and stays involved long enough to see the results land.
Her background spans the commercial and operational sides of the business — business development, operational leadership, site acquisition, project delivery, team leadership, and strategic partnerships across towers, fiber, data centers, and the broader digital infrastructure landscape.
She also advises infrastructure investors, infrastructure owners and operators, and private equity-backed portfolio companies that need commercial diligence, growth planning, and an outside perspective on where the next dollar of revenue can come from.
